What professional fields are we looking for?
We are looking for people with a technical, engineering or computer science degree (bachelor and master level). Graduates in other related or interdisciplinary studies can also find suitable challenges with us. It is important that you enjoy technology, media, vehicles and/or the combination of business and technology.
What do we expect from applicants?
We want open-minded, interested and committed employees.
What application documents do we require?
Please send us your full application documents (résumé, certificates and references ). Please include a covering letter explaining your interests and your personal career goals.
Are travel expenses reimbursed for interviews?
Yes. Together with your invitation to attend an interview, you will receive a form to fill out which you can simply send to us by email.
Does Pixida offer internships abroad?
We regret that we cannot offer internships abroad. In order to work abroad, extensive training is first required in Germany. For this reason an overseas position is only possible at a later point in time.
Can I write my degree thesis at Pixida?
Yes, this is possible. Please send us your proposed topic. We will then check if this is feasible and how it could be implemented.
How long do projects last?
Long-term cooperation is important to us. For this reason, we do not hire employees merely for the duration of a specific project because we want to make use of your knowledge beyond this. For short-term projects which require specialist expertise, we often engage the services of freelancers.
Is a willingness to travel important?
At Pixida our employees come first (resource-based view). Every Pixida employee is involved in selecting their project topic and location. This way we ensure that you are only assigned to a location where you want work. Within the scope of a project, workshops or meetings may take place in other locations, but this only happens occasionally.
What training opportunities will I have?
There is no set program that every employee has to undergo. Training depends on each the knowledge and abilities of individual and because of this we offer individual training and advancement opportunities. We work together with various renowned training partners for individual courses or in-house training.
Is Pixida an employment agency / a “body-leaser”?
No! We value long-term working relationships! Working together as partners, openness, transparency, motivation and enthusiasm are the things we consider to be important. Our colleagues work in teams on different projects. During your induction phase you will be supported by experienced mentors. Integration into the Pixida team is also promoted through shared leisure time activities. Every employee is part of Pixida, and we want it to stay that way.
